Driving licence

When the examination is over we hand you a provisional certificate valid for three months, so you can keep driving while the DGT issues the definitive licence.
The new licence reaches your home by post within those three months. If it has not arrived by then, you are entitled to claim it.
You may renew your licence —car, motorbike, lorry, bus…— up to three months before it expires. And if it has already expired, that is fine too: a late renewal carries no fine and no penalty.

- LASIK surgery for myopia, hyperopia and astigmatism.

- Vitreoretinal surgery.
Diagnostic tests: automated refraction and glaucoma tonometry free of charge, computerised visual fields, fluorescein angiography, Argon and YAG laser, corneal topography and pachymetry, ocular ultrasound and biometry, OCT (optical coherence tomography).
